How long do orders take to ship?
Orders are dropped at our local shipping depot three times a week.
- Most orders are packed within 1-2 business days
- Most orders are typically collected within 3-5 business days. We usually are much faster than that, but just be aware that there is usually a slight delay from packing to collection by a shipping partner
If you order on a weekend, orders will ship on the next possible business day, except Tuesday/Wednesday packing.
Who do you ship with?
AusPost is our courier for domestic delivery. For international orders, we will be using Auspost International as our default method. If you want your order to be shipped via FedEx or DHL, please contact us directly for arrangements. You can select your preference at checkout.
- Most Australian/New Zealand orders will ship via AusPost
- International orders will ship via AusPost or FedEx/DHL
Can I collect my order?
We are not currently offering this, but actively looking for a way to make this possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
What if we send you the wrong thing?
We apologise if this has happened, but sometimes we do make mistakes! If there is an issue with your order, please message us on Discord or send us an email using our contact form!
We’ll send you a replacement asap. A return label will be included in the package so you can use it to ship back the wrong items to us
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order.
- If it is our mistake, the order will be cancelled and refunded without any fees.
- Change of mind cancellation will incur a 4% Cancellation Fee.
What if I have Group Buy items on my order, too?
Please DO NOT combine in-stock and Group-Buy/Pre-Orders items. If this happens, we will have to cancel your orders. A cancellation fee will be applied if this happens.
Can I cancel my Group-buy/Pre-Order Items?
- For Group-Buy/Pre-Order Items, we are happy to cancel and refund you during the Group-Buy period. However, we will not allow any cancellation of a Group-Buy order once the Group-Buy period has passed. Cancellation Fee will be applied if you wish to cancel and refund during the Group-Buy period.
- Pre-ordered items share the same policy as Group-Buy items. The change of mind cancellation fee is applied if the order is cancelled during the Pre-Order period.
Can I change my address?
